E/O

Has anyone had someone file against their E/O insurance?

Re: E/O, of course not.

You might get sued, or threatened with a suit then YOU contact your E&O for support.

But there is no such thing as "filing against your E&O" AND no reason for you to give your E&O information to anybody who thinks you have erred.

"I WANT YOUR E&O CARRIER, I'M GOING TO FILE AGAINST IT!!!!!"

Proper response...

Please send me, in writing, an email would be fine exactly how you think I failed you and what your damages are and we'll take it from there. Sorry for the hassles....

Re: E/O, of course not.

Thank you for your response. Just wondering if I should carry 25k or just the minimums.

It's whatever amount you think you could need for legal costs. I went with $100,000 with that in mind.
