E & O Insurance

I need a notary that has E & O Coverage for $500,000.00, that would be interested in doing a closing in Jacksonville Beach, FL on 4/16/2009 at 7:30am. The lender requires the $500,000.00 coverage and will not accept anything less. Please email me at [e-mail address] if you are interested or call 888-641-3334

There IS a Florida notary who carries that coverage

not sure if she's near Jacksonville, though.

i would like to know where she found that much.......

because to my knowledge cna surety is the only co selling "signing agents e & o" coverage... keep in mind that is different than notray e & o........cna has a 75k/150k policy and a 125k/250k policy.......now if a title co is purchasing that is another whole animal and they can usually get pretty high limits with high deductibles......provident is asking the impossible when they require 500k which is not available.....

I don't know, Dick..I just know she posts here and

does carry it specifically because she has the Provident business to justify it...possibly it's in the form of a commercial liability insurance policy?

I really wish someone would sit Provident down and make them realize what Notary E&O Insurance really covers - I don't think they realize the limitations.

mike if i were you i would never publicly let any one know..

what your ins limits are.....you are just begging for a large law suit when and if it happens.... the amount of ins you carry should be kept to yourself untill after a law suit hits and the court orders you to let the amount be known.....as an insurance agency owner for many years and having seen many law suits and court rulings i learned that you keep those things private... jmho...........

That would smell fishy to me that they would need so much E&O. Especially when FL has a minimum requirement. What's up with that?
