EquiPoint Financial Network in FL

Careful accepting assignments from this company...I did a HECM app for them on 2/17 at which time they (a) told me they pay in 30 days and (b) promised me the final signing - called me yesterday for the final signing Monday and when I insisted on payment of my past due invoice up front they gave the final signing to someone else....meanwhile Mike Kelley today tells me via e-mail he is sending my invoice to payables.....shouldn't he have done that back in February???

I've added them to SC with my rating for future reference.

They just paid me for 3 jobs I did for them in Feb. and one in March, but still owe me for two way back in December 08, I've re-invoiced them, apparently they think I went out for the RESPA/application part of the RM for Free, but that is not the case.

I did a closing for them on 03/05/09, made one call on 04/06 to follow up and received check on 04/11.
