Hi, I have done many closings for them. They are good to work with and pay quickly. Never a problem.

ESS was on of my best clients, paid well and within 21 days. I have not worked for them in over a year.

What you can expect

Large packages
Never on time with docs ( most trips were 30-40 miles away one way) and docs would come 1/2 hour before closing and wonder why you would be late.

What I've heard from others that payments have been on the slow side (60 days or longer) during the last couple of months. They called last month for a closing but I declined.
