FLS
We started signing for this company this month. There documents are between 150 and 200 pages. They include duplicate copies of such items as the loan applications, etc Be forewarned and ask for an additional fee. We have signed four for them this month and they have included all the extra pages. (I hope we get paid)

I did a signing for them in Jan and another in Feb. They require one invoice for all signings in a calendar month to be sent on the 1st of the following month and payment will be made by the end of that month. I do not like this practice and fortunately not many do it. I did not know this was their practice until receiving docs. I have yet to be paid for the January job and received payment for the February job on April 16. They called in March but I only discussed payment for what is already on the books, of course.

I'm still waiting for payment from a signing on 11/2008. They do not respond to my emails, monthly stmts nor phone calls.
