PJM, they offer a handful of services (DNA collection, inspections, miscellaneous notarial assignments, etc.). I had a gentleman call me asking if I'd like to "signup" as they have some work in my area. So, I wanted some opinions on the company if anyone had worked with them.
Plus, the guy was rude (not sure if he was a rep or the owner). But, he called on Saturday about 11 am (we had just got home from an Easter egg hunt with our 13 month old and had sat down to watch a movie). The # was not a normal #, so I did not answer it - just let it go to voicemail. I listened to the voicemail immediately and since it wasn't one of my "normal customers" I decided I would call him back later -- I called him back about 1 hour later. He gave me his speech about this and that for the company and then asked if I had a better contact #. I told him he had reached me at my work # so that's the correct contact #. Then he said, well I do need to tell you that time is of great importance in this business so you need to make sure you call back promptly. I told him, "I was at a family obligation so I wasn't able to call him back immediately, but did so just as soon as I could". To which he replied something along the lines of I just need to make sure that I always answer my phone. Excuse me ..... is it wrong of me to think that is rude? I am a professional and have been in the mortgage industry for 15 years and have been a signing agent for over 1 year (closing 15-20 loans/month - which is my decision as I could close more but I have a 13 month old and my husband is a disabled vet). I know how to prioritize my calls, apptmts, etc.
Ok, sorry .... now I'm just venting. So, to get back to the point .... I was wondering if anyone had any kind of experience with Field Pros to help me decide if it is worth the time to "signup" with them.
