I did this closing and they pay me a partial of the bill. The bill was 135.00 for the closing and extra 25.00 for 2 sets they were asking to be print, because they were not sure about which one to use. So, I decide to do the closing, for $ 160.00 they only paid for 135.00. I just want everyone know that if you are closing with them have them e-mail of fax a confirmation about any changes from the initial request.
Overall they were really quick on sending the 135.00 I got the money within 3 days of the closing.
