I received a partial payment last week. They still owe me. Hmm, I wonder if the CA Atty General wants to add that to their file?

I was paid last week for two files I accepted and delivered on January 16, 2009, exactly 90 days to get paid.

I'm done with 21st Century. Not worth the time and effort expended.

I've almost always been paid within thirty days. One caveat, they've paid me as many as three times for certian files. I'm forever sending checks back with letters explaining which files they still owe me on, and which ones they dont.

Definetly a pain, but when I worked for them (I've since stopped) I charged a premium for hassle factor.

I have only completed one application for them and was paid in under 30 days. After reading all the information here I was not sure that I would ever get paid. However, I don't intend to do any more applications for them as I do have questions regarding this practice.

I did get paid in full. Just be a little patient, keep in mind that they work with notaries all over the country.
