Help - Any suggestions?
I have a closing tomorrow, Saturday, through NREIS with documents at Dynamic Dox. I have a big problem... I entered the wrong password too many times and am blocked out. The help people at Dynamic Dox are gone until Monday. Anyone know how to get through to NREIS on Saturday so they can send the docs as a PDF file if possible. Otherwise, this loan won't close.

I called after 6:00 PM PST and got someone, in India, of course, who said the people were gone and would return on Monday. What I need to do is get through to someone at NREIS...I am sure that some people will be there today, Saturday, as it is a very busy EOM.

Maybe by morning it will reset. Also, just a shot in the dark, but try clearing out all of your cookies on your computer. Go to Tools - Internet Options - Delete - Delete.
