I haven't been paid.
I did a signing for eMobile Notary on Feb. 17 and still haven't been paid!!! Does any one have any advice on what to do when you don't get paid. I've called them about 3 times in the last two months and keep getting excuses as to why they haven't paid.

It has been many years since I did a signing for them.Took them 9 months to pay me for one of the signings! Their explanation was that the notary gets paid if and when they get paid. Tom was very rude. I stopped working for them after that. Used to be on their site that the notary gets paid when they get paid. But I think they omitted that when they redid their site.

If it was emobile in Washington you should have read very recent reviews before accepting the assignment. NotRot is pretty good for having the reviews so the everyone doesnt fall flat and work for 'free'. You can start by calling the lender.....

I did read the reviews and some of them sound really good and some don't. I figured I would take it since I haven't gotten very many calls this year.

If you still have the edoc file around...then you can call the Title Company listed on the HUD and tell them that you have not been paid. I would email someone at the Signing Service and in the email tell them "This is a DEMAND for payment" and also tell them that you will be contacting the Title Company with-in 24 hours if you do not have a response that is acceptable to when you will receive payment. If they breach that call the TC. Also, calling everyday and leaving messages and faxing an invoice everyday will get you a response!!!
Check out new names on this site before/after accepting an order. If you accept on the road and then read bad reviews then call back and decline the order. der.

O Jan 09 3 Feb 09 2 Mar 09 All paid within 30 days 2 outstanding for Apr 09. I have found Tom and his staff easy to work with and they meet my fees. I don't really what to tell you, execpt to contact them. I will admit that sometimes I get a voice mail, but I keep on calling until I get generally Tom.
