FYI::::Lithium is used in batteries. Librium is a psychotropic med for bi polar, mental illnes, depression etc. I am a social worker so I know this is correct. Thank you Please check the spelling of wording to be correct...

Lithium affects the flow of sodium through nerve and muscle cells in the body. Sodium affects excitation or mania.

Lithium is used to treat the manic episodes of manic depression. Manic symptoms include hyperactivity, rushed speech, poor judgment, reduced need for sleep, aggression, and anger. It also helps to prevent or lessen the intensity of manic episodes.

Lithium may also be used for other purposes not listed.

Yes this is correct as well. Mood inhancer, used only prescribed by physicians and facilities to monitor certain behaviors, and conditions. Evaluations, and assessments are closely monitored as this is a severe drug that will cause harm and damage. Librium and Lithium
