Maryland LTP

Hello Maryland LTP:
I was courious and did a search on MLTA for the Maryland notary LTP on this website Noary Rotary. As I was going throght the list to check to see if they are licensed I got no response. I pulled up my zip code and did a 50 miles radious. My comment or questions is can you be a LTP in Maryland and not be listed on the MLTA site? I found at least 20 names with LTP behind them, but no record on MLTA as having a license. There has to be a master list somewhere is it MIA? Makes me wonder about who my competition really is

Sorry, I found my own answer. Everyone is listed on the MIA website if they have a current LTP in Maryland.

You need to check the MD Insurance Administration webpage Producer section. At one time you could get a list but now I think you have to check by individual name. I ran mine out of curiosity to make sure it was there and I did not have any trouble pulling up my license or my husband's license but I did have to fill in all the information. When I only entered last name it said I was not in database.
