Anyone have any information for them. I just accepted an assignment- no info in search or in signing central. MLSS is how she originally identified the company.

They are listed in Signing Central under MLSS. I have never worked for them, but here are their SC reviews:

If it is MLSS out of MD

Lower side of scale, checks cut once a month so payment could range from 15-45 days depending on when you did the closing.

All most all the loans I have done for them have been Primerica Loans. Easy no hassle and on 8x11 paper.

I lost them as a client because I took a PT job months ago and I was working when they wanted me to close loans. (lost a few clients because of that)

I've done many for them and never had a problem getting paid.

I now see it on Signing Central, thanks. Did not know it was MLSS Title. Rec'd e mail with their address and it is them, out of Maryland. Thank you everyone for your responses. Much appreciated.
