NVMS Lock Boxes

I order a lock box to from NVMS, the type that are put on forclosed homes. It did not come with instructions on how to set does anybody have an idea on how to set the lock box. Worst case I will call the company in the morning.

If you have the box I'm thinking of (4-digit), it should have a key and instructions in the box.

It is a four digit numerical, the part that goes around the nob can swing around, however, the area where you hide the key is locked.
