National Settlement Service NY - Word to the Wise
I had posted that the crew was nice, but the LOs were another story. Well 2 weeks ago I had a few bad deals with this company. Now I find out I maynot get paid anything for service..
They do not pay for no signs or canceled deals.. WTF
I spent 1.5 hours with each client sorting out the BS of the LO and Bad Docs and now nothing..
So just something to think about if you take work from this company and its a no sign or cancel (You worked for free)

always good to ask up front what the pay policy is for a no-sign or if the BWR invokes the RTC.

I would still invoice them, you have time involved in this!
I don't care whether it is a no-sign or a canceled deal, the signing agent spends valuable time with the borrower and should be paid.

I did invoice them for trip and edoc fee, I'll wait the 30days and see what happens. This is the first company I've run into that pays nothing for a no sign or cancel.
I figured it would be a good company since a couple of them were from Equity Settlement Service in NY and I had good connections with them.
