Not all SS's has lost their integrity

I did a signing for Mobile Signing Service on 2/24/09 and the borrowers refused to sign and ultimately cancelled after I was there for 2 hrs. Mobile Signing Services in Ontario, CA paid the full fee $$$. The staff is wonderful and pleasant person to work with too. Thought it would be good to report something positive for a change.

I could definitely attest to this claim. Mobile Signing Co. out of Ontario, CA is a fabulous company to work for. I try to take everything that they bring my way, because they are fast payers, easy to work with, and certainly NOT hand-holders. Holly, Michael, and Nancy are ALL very pleasant!

This is a prime example of why you cannot rely on this forum to judge the integrity of a signing company. Just check the Signing Central rating for this company. I did a signing for them earlier this year and it took calls to the title company and lender and threats of legal action before they would pay. I spent more time trying to collect my money than I did doing the signing. Now someone voluntarily comes on this forum to praise them, followed by a bunch more sycophantic posters who have probably never worked for them but would like to get in on the act. Can't anyone see what's wrong with this picture?
