Notaries Express Non Payment Again...

I have not been payed Again by Notaries Express on 3 closings dating back from summer of 07 i have called, faxed, and emailed again and again always the same story, WORKING ON IT...... Ya right so i talked to svitlana she tells me she is understaffed and says they have a no fund no pay policy. I.N.C.R.E.D.I.B.L.E.

Never Again.

I work for them all the time with the understanding up front that if the file doesn't fund they don't pay. Most of the files do fund and what works makes it all worth it. You should be fine.
