Ok another one - FL mobile closers beware

Im not sure if this has been discused or not ...

So I was on craigslist and there was a job posted looking for a mobile closer in my area promising $150 a loan and 15-25 closings a month ... so I sent my info and this is what I got back:

another person trying to flood the market ... come on already ... business is slow enough ... i guess this dude is trying to make his living by his $39 fee. What the heck? Just a warning .. if you come across it on craigslist flag him .. his name is Randy Stock.

Interesting, check out the "Certification" You have to answer 16 questions out of the 20 to pass - and you are allowed 3 attempts. Good Grief!

I was meaning I wondered if it was the same person - except a different "scam"
His website says these are VA/FHA streamline transactions. His site is unprofessional!
The header is: "VA/FHA Steamline Notary Certification" he also has transactions misspelled.
And he is looking for individuals who are willing to become licensed notaries and will also verify your status with the State of Florida as a licensed notary.

I am a commissioned notary as are Florida notaries. I received a notary commission, not a license.

Hmm:
The fee for the certification and verification is only $39 and can be paid on this site through PayPal. Upon the reciept of your payment, passing grade of 80% on your certification, verification of your notary license and a email for "Letter of Introduction ", you will immediately begin getting closing package request for VA/FHA Steamline clients.
