RE:Placer Title

I just got a call from Placer Title from area code (916.) I turned them down because I was already booked for Friday.

Am I mistaken? Thought they went out-of-business. Anyone have any recent information on them? Searched but found nothing. Thanks in advance for any information.

Place Title is very much alive here in Sacramento. Great folks to work for. Several independent branches.

I did a re-fi last week where Placer was listed as the Title Insurance Company.

They are very much in business, under Mother Lode Holding Co. What used to be Lenders First Choice, All Reverse Transactions, etc., is now under Placer. Same great people to work with as always.

I've done some closings for this company and have no complaints about them. They are great to work with have paid a fair fee.
