Re: 'Being Sued' & Hold Harmless aggrements ---

After reading the 'Being Sued' messages posted earlier (4/14 Msg #284984), I was wondering if anyone had examples of 'Hold Harmless' disclosures/disclaimer, that they use in loan signing situations, that they would be willing to share here on Notary Rotary?

I did a search in the archives & came up with two but am hoping to see other examples before I trot off to an attorney &/or write up one myself. Thanks.

There is one company I work with that has an interesting "Disclosure Statement" about the limitations of the Notary Signing Agent. I'm thinking of using it as a platform to create one that I would have every signer complete & then keep in my files.
