Richmond VA Closer Needed
I need a Richmond VA closer. I need someone who knows what they are doing, so if you have just become a signing agent and have no mortgage background, please do not respond. The jobs pay very well and usually within a week. Several notaries on this board can vouch for my creditability.
Im not a signing agency. Please also have at least $25,000 $50,000 preferrably E&O I will ask for it.

There are over 90 notaries listed within 20 miles of 23220 listed here on NotRot. Have you looked through them? There are profiles listed on them. The fist one has over $100,000 E & O.

FYI, James doesn't advertise. I belong to a Network where he does this too. He gets a lot of closings, puts out a call for someone in a certain area. He never charges a fee for the work he refers.

doesn't like any disagreements with him, he gets very abusive and goes to PM and gets very vile. Oh, I see you are a donkey already - if he pm'd you, it would be the other word with a modifier or two. Very much the Va gentleman (not).
