Seven on Saturday..

...a first for me--never had 7 on a Saturday. I used to keep Saturdays to schedule all the Pam Butcher/Countrywide Helocs. I began at 8 am and was done by 2.

Sadly, none of my seven were piggy backs at $225 a loan....it's tragic and how low the fees have gone.

It's definitely been busy - sent you a couple this past week, hope you got them! I only had 3 on Sat, but it was a drive-day-from-a-bad-place. I pretty much encountered it all, on a day I THOUGHT would be a traffic-breeze. Locked-up freeway (one hour AFTER I had a cup of coffee - not good), torrential storm, 'lost soul' confused at Beck/I-96 driving the WRONG way, car ahead of me on x-way entrance ramp BACKING UP towards me ...and the cherry on top was arriving out in rural Ypsi with a pkg that printed blanks on every page past the first dozen (both copies).

Anyway ...haven't seen a piggy-back since I can remember (that might/might not be a very long time!). Better for the 'greater good', not so much better for us though.

Believe it or not

I had one last week. Couldn't believe my eyes it's been so long. (What is this, only we gals from MI are up and about this early on a Sunday morning -- LOL)?

Eight on Friday , eight more yesterday, and two rare Sunday

signings today
One was for someone who was out of town until last nite,
and the other was a re-do of one of Friday's. Rushed out of house with
printed dox. got to closing , HUD was fine, started to go through
dox and all of loan dox were for someone four states west of here.
Some one at title co pushed wrong key on computer.
Bwrs were able to sign today, with same dox and I just adjusted RTC dates.
Real EOM date is today.
