Single Source property solutions
I just received an email from this company with a "new vendor packet" attachment. They are "currently searching the internet for closing agents in my area". There is no recent information about them. Did anyone else get this? Any recent info on them??

Bad News
Did a closing almost 60 days ago and still no payment. Getting the run around. Nothing the magistrate can't resolve. Never again!!

They cut checks for previous month's closings on the 15th of the month, and mail them about a week later. Checks usually arrive no later than the 30th. Which means payment can be anywhere from 30 to 60 days from closing date, depending on what day of the month the closing was. Like clockwork. Never had a problem.
