Thanks for the heads up

I just got a call from Century 21 asking me to a signing for them. I looked up their information here on Notary Rotary and I told the lady that called me about the information that I found. She tried telling me that none of those comments are true. I replied to her, are you telling me everyone is a liar but you? She just hanged up without saying another work.
Again Thank you all for the heads up.
God Bless

I'm wondering if the people that call to schedule have a clue that this company is under investigation. They call me occasionally, even though I told them to take me off their list months ago.

I think they know something is up - at least that people don't want to work for them. I got my first call from them yesterday. She didn't ask if I was interested in doing an assignment for them or even if I was available, she just asked if I cover a certain city. When I said yes, she tried to assume me into it, going on about the location, that it was just a few pages, etc. I told her she was getting the cart before the horse and needed more info. When I found out it was them, and an application signing, I just said "No thanks."

They use a national site I don't think they have a data base of closers. Also I don't think the company is very big. When they use to call me there was noice in the background like lots of operators were working (it's a tape recording in the phone) When you call there it's quiet and anyone including the person you originally spoke to answers the phone with no busy operators in background.

I just wonder ... how are they allowed to operate if they are under investigation for such a long time.

My gut tells me that the schedulers are working from home.

Don't think so unless something has changed cause when you call the person that answers the phone will talk to someone else while I'm waiting. And I suggested visiting the office some time ago to check things out they were agreeable to my visit.
