They are looking for someone in Orlando area - comments in SC are basically very negative. I was in car when I took, looked up when got home.

You are very lucky indeed - I was lied to repeatedly by Beth and had to pry my money out of Trevor's hands last December for a closing done in September. It took them 78 days to pay me and it would have been longer had I not used the crowbar!

I, too, had the same concerns which I expressed with the owners, Blake and Trevor. They had been going through some tough times (as we all have) but they are doing well and would pay me with Paypal even before the closing(!). I accepted the assignment but billed them after the closing (I didn't feel right being paid beforehand) and they paypaled me immediately! Also, they met my fee with no problems! I'll definitely work for them again.

Great to work with. Blake sent me payment via paypal the same day as closing.
