Tips for docs thankyou

Well got to work. I have a closing to do today. Tip; I buy these travel size products and I put my name, phone number, and a catchy phrase on them; drop in package along with business cards. I seem to get repeat business from the companies. Nice way to say thank you as well. Another tip: I drop flower seeds in docs sent back.

When I am slow and no work, I keep my invoices and then send a thank you card to each of them with the customer names of the closing perfomed. I sometimes add flower seeds to the thank you as my way of saying call me again soon. I market alot, follow up, follow up, and market some more....mmmm

Flower seeds in docs doesn't sound like a good idea to me...they might get stuck between the pages and that would be irritating to the settlement person.

use a paper clip and attach them to the outside of envelope if you use an envelope to sent back with your docs inside of the envelope.

Have you gotten it out of your system yet?

Who are you again? Holy smokes, think you've posted enough in the last 12 hours? If you feel the need to spew your thoughts every six seconds, I think Twitter would be perfect for you.

Re: Have you gotten it out of your system yet?

I do not feel the need to spew my thoughts. I was only making comments like everyone else. I am not mean or hateful when I post so why are you being so nasty....

Everyone else doesn't post 70 times in a day. We've already got side bets going on whether you're getting ready to try and sell us something or you're just a total dizzbag. I was leaning towards dizzbag until you posted a link for some stupid life training crap.

Good grief, back away from the computer already. I'll bet it's a beautiful day in them thar Tennesee hills. Go hunt a coon or something.

Re: Have you gotten it out of your system yet?

Stop bad mouthing me. I have not been on notary rotary in along time so I wanted to catch up with BrendaTX, and others whom I have corresponded with in the past. Go ahead and bet all you want. You are not nice. You make forums a bad place to talk and correspond with each other. I am surprised notary rotary is letting you be on the site and bad mouth people. Look at how many other people post within a matter of minutes. Respond back all you want I do not have time to respond back to a person such as your caliber you are not worth my time of day. I just had to respond to your comment so take that to the bank. Yankee Doodle Dandy stay out of my space....

Victoria, please leave me out of this discussion with Alex.

Alex was just pointing out that you've posted around 55 times in less than 16 hours. If you do that on any forum someone will indeed notice and call you out on it. NR may start removing your posts for "Excessive Noise". It's happened before.

Thank you I do not come on notary rotary much this is the first time I have been on here in a long time or so. I was only making a point with him about how nasty he can be. I don't have time to correspond as you do all the time. You are on forums alot as well. I may not be on here for another 6 months or so.

Please don't be so rude.

Stop being so darn rude. If you don't want to read someone's emails, just hit the freaking delete button. THat's what I do when I don't want to read what you or anyone else has to say. Remember "if you don't have anything nice to say...DON'T say it please"

Happy Friday

Re: Have you gotten it out of your system yet?

No need for ugly MichiganAl. Interesting enough posts. Haven't seen any advertising. Anyhow TNhills, in todays economy, sending seeds rather than flowers is a great idea. (lol just kidding) I'm sure they like to know they are appreciated as well. Make sure when you send your business card, you don't have a no compete with the company that hired you. I found that out early on. I was told I was trying to solicite their business. Well like DUHHH!!!! You keep on posting. It's a free country. Mich, don't read if it bothers you. No axe to grind with you either. JMHO

Re: Have you gotten it out of your system yet?

Yes, I do watch the non compete clause. As I do not want to lose business. We are in business to gain business and to create a business relationship with notaries, and other business partners. I always give a referral when I cannot complete the closing for them. This is great business practice.

Don't you just love it when someone jumps into a forum and leaves skid marks?

All I can say is wow - I'm gone for half a day, and I think I need two days to catch up...
