On my notice, it shows the two named individuals as just that, individuals. hey show SS numbers, not EIN numbers. I wonder if their company was incorporated and if so, was it dissolved? If it wasn't, then i would think that creditors (notaries) could go after their bond for payments owed to them. Just a thought here. Guess I am thinking out loud. They don't owe me anything just wondering.

Doesn't the bond only cover the actions that they personally perform using their notary services for a borrower/customer of theirs?

If they were a corporation they should have been bonded thru their corporation.

Owners filed bankruptcy but listed all

all TS creditors on the bankruptcy. The building is empty and all assests are gone. All the info is on SOT.
