Quill always ships next day--amazing, isn't it. This has been their mantra for service.
It does seem like a huge expense when it comes to large orders like cases of paper. I kind of wish they'd ask if you need it next day or not.

Shipping was free for YOU.... but it still was an expense for THEM. I think that's what she meant.

I missed out on that sale yesterday, darn it. I'm going to watch a little more closely I think.
