I did a closing for them October 27, 2008. I asked about payment the middle of December. Asked again in January and was told the check was sent back because they made it out to another person (my mother in law). Another week later was told I missed the deadline and it would be cut on February 12th. So, I waited until the beginning of March and emailed Dave again. He then said my check will be cut on March 5th. Still waiting!!!

Since then, I do not get a response to my emails. I send them email reminders several times a week.
Very unprofessional!!!

I would take all the deals I could from them.

Their fees aren't the highest, but they pay and the lenders they close far are top quality.

I was called by iMortgage to do a closing on October 27th. iMortgage contracted and paid VIPclose.com for this closing. I contacted VIPclose.com for several months and finally received a check. But, they made it out to my mother-in-law and sent it to her, she is also a notary. So, I did get paid!!!
