250 pages for an FHA. The title company let me know exactly how many pages when I asked and was paid very well within 5 days.

right about the 250 mark like above. It's was a TOPDOT mtg and most of it was nonsense. The "how did we do crap" they want filled out while we sit there. That is something they should send after it's officially closed. And to boot, one of the scariest closings i've ever been to. And... LOL recieved a bounced check on that one. Has nothing to do with the count but I'll never forget it because the entire closing was a nightmare.

I agree with the TopDot nonsense pkg. Their are so many duplicates. I haven't had one in a while and if I ever get one again I am asking for more money or I'm declining. Its ridiculous.

187 page Reverse Mortgage, signed by a 87 year old man. Needless to say, 3 hours later we finally finished.

The biggest one I had was 310 pages. Had the CC&Rs included but also had signature pages mixed in with that as well. That one took a while.

No, I can't beat that. but the largest package I have personally dealt with to date is one which was 157 pages. And the borrower felt that some of the documents were a waste of time for him to sign. He showed me and his wife how small the package for the last time they refinanced was. It was about half the size.

I've also done the Chase loan packages which are about 150 pages, with three copies of the Deed of Trust and two copies of the Note.

Had an FHA loan which was about 250 pages about 3 months ago and the way it was formatted took about 45 minutes to print. The sad thing about it was that there were duplicates of most documents in the package and the TC wanted 2 mortgages executed, just in case one was lost at the recorders office. A lot of the signings I've done recently have had a lot of duplication of title docs & lender docs...affidavit of title, borrower acks, loan apps. If these companies QC their packages, a lot of the extraneous paperwork could be eliminated. Probably will never happen though.

That's nothing unusual, I've just downloaded a 300 page reverse usually they are not quite that big.
