Not so great: On paper, they're one of the $50 companies for notaries who sign their contract.
But: They will negotiate maybe.

Not so Great: They don't want you leaving your business card with the borrowers. I have a real problem with that. Not because I'm soliciting business... but because that's often the only evidence or record of the actual person who was in their home. It's important to leave a card, IMO.

Pretty decent: They will pay you if a loan is canceled or doesn't fund if you did your job properly. They will even pay you if the you go over the paperwork and borrower cancels at the table or refuses to sign. They will also pay you if you end up waiting and the borrower never shows.

If you screw up... they don't pay you.

Besides the business card thing... I always wonder why companies will offer to pay $30 for a one-page job, but only $50 for 100-pager. *shrug*
