american assoc of notaries

Does anyone have any experience with being a member of theirs or would you recommend signing with NNA. Does it matter at all to even be a member?

Do an orange button search here on NNA (or may try

writing it out completey) and form your own opinion. Personally, I requested my NNA membership be allowed to lapse. I've found NotRot to be more useful and informative in all aspects than NNA could ever attempt to be. Of course, that's just my honest opinion.

Do a search for "NNA", or "XYZ", as they're widely referred to here. You'll get an eyeful. Don't know about the one you mention, though.

There is also the American Society of Notaries. When it comes to professional organizations, there are several to choose from. XYZ isn't the only show in town. It's a personal/business decision on which, if any, organizations you want to be part of.

Re: american assoc of notaries - Allen, I vote yes.

Especially for Texans...I say this because they have a truly accurate and resourceful Texas Notary Handbook and self-study course that I am working through right now...I "think" I know it all, you know...but...Smile

For $!9 it is hard to beat.
