PA in signing central it shows a Royal Settlement Services in MD as "Closing." A lot of companies have gone by the wayside.

I spoke with someone several months back when things got real quiet, they told me they when through a general provided as it was easier for them. Can't remember the name but when i did some research they would pay us only $45.00 per closings. NO WAY

They are still around and I did a closing for them on 4/13/09. Easy to work for and they paid my fee. The doc package was around 100 pages.
