nation Signature closers

We will not be signing for Nation Signature closers. They insist on a copy of our drivers license, social security card and information regarding our E&O. In addition they want us to sign a noncompete.

I guess we are busy enough without them but I would be interested to hear if everyone has provided this information to them?

Maybe DL with much blacked out...probably E&O, but not SS (that's what W9's are for)...EIN is a better way to go--only takes a couple minutes on the website. But it was sooo long ago that they've probably added multiple hoops. Frankly, Pat, they're cheapos and you can live without 'em. They only call me when desperate and then only meet my fee maybe half the time. The problem with any co. wanting all this info is, of course, potential ID theft. Disgruntled employees and all that.

I used to close loans for them (no longer) and have never provided DL or SS card to them or anyone else for that matter. It was my choice to terminate the relationship. I just couldn't work with them anymore. It was always "something" with them. I got tired of it rather quickly.
