2 went POOF tonight...

I'm headed to buy two (2) 1 lb. lobster tails and enjoy the evening with my little Darlin. Kinda of glad they didn't go, but wish I'd have known that sooner.

Not at ALL happy with Nations Signature Closers, or Universal Document Express tonight. Nations lost 50% of their signing agents in my area tonight. UDX just didn't come through with the docs, which happens. I'll write more on Nations later. Meanwhile, I'm going to go enjoy my evening.

My NSC Signing Went "Poof" as Well...

...& the borrowers said this was the 2nd night in a row it had blown up on them.

That's been my experience with them....

very very late docs (to the point I turned the signing back in) or cancellation at the last minute. I have to say my impression (and this is my own personal experience talking) is they're not very organized.

Have any of you ever had the correct thought that NSC is a SIGNING company? Not the TITLE company... So who is late on docs? I would have thought with as long as you all have done this and how "professional" you all are, that you would know that... You think I like cancelling a closing? When I have to cancel I make NO money for my time either... Think about it before bashing the wrong company...
