AMR Notary follow up
I called today and told them they sent me on an application not a modification. She said she recieved another called over this besides mine. She said she would call the borrower and tell them this is off and for me to shred the paperwork. I said, I too would follow up with the borrower.
I feel much better now. Vickie said she did not know these were applications either and would stop taking these orders. I don't know if that will be true but anyone taking " mods" should ask if the is the application or does it have a mortgage that needs to be norarized. Taking checks for me is not a sign that this is an application, as I take them often enough when customers are short or other circumstances.
This was my little crisis over the weekend, and it's over, I would not want this done to me or you either.
