Anybody being paid from EFS' bankruptcy?

Jan 2008 I received the forms telling me I was on the "approved list" for being paid.
I'm still waiting....and wondering if anyone else on that list has received any payment?

Rich Fuchs (Owner at EFS) is now a United Lenders Services

They are based out of Pittsburgh, PA

They have a mixed reputation on the board

Once again I would like to say that Richard fuchs DOES NOT work at United lender services. I would suggest people who check these forums look for themsleves before making an opinion.
