Dell 1720 Laser Printer

I have a new Dell 1720 Printer that is a dual tray printer, but I cant get it to print legal and letter size documents at the same time. I have tried changing drawers around and can never it them to print on the right size. Can someone help please... I've went through all the properties and have them checked correctly as far as I can tell, I just can't get this one to work. Thanks in advance.

You should have a Dell utility program that was installed under Programs. (Not just printer properties but a program). Using that program you can set tray 1 to letter and tray 2 to legal. I'm betting they are both currently set for letter.
