I got an email yesterday saying I need to invoice them for every job now.

Likewise ...

On a number of occasions, they didn't initially pay my e-dox add-on fee. They made good, however, whenever I followed up. Hopefully, this new "process" will eliminate the error when the Processor neglects to update the A/P system. Otherwise, no big deal ... many companies require a billing statement.
