East Coast Management.......for modifications????

I asked if they were affiliated with Century 21 and she giggled and told me "no" but alot of people ask the same question. Very suspicious because she said I would need to collect 3 post dated checks.

Same area code. When you call back the message is Fidelity National Legal Services.

TIA

Just saw previous thread for Fidelity National/21st Century

Guess they are using the "East Coast Management" name also.

Re: Just saw previous thread for Fidelity National/21st Century

Got the same call last night. Something didn't sound right so started asking questions. Yep, collect 3 post dated checks. That's all I needed to hear and declined.

East Coast Management.......for modifications????

There is a legitimate company called East Coast Settlement Services that I did a refi signing for back in June of last year. I think they are based in New Jersey, the title company was ESQ Title and their address is in New Jersey.

This is why I was a little confused the first time 21st Century called as East Coast mphmphes (they deliberately muffle the last word).

Do everything you can to make sure you know who you are dealing with!

and if it turns out that you were fooled--just give it back. End of problem.

they called me late Fri evening for a modification signing on Sat. they said they were East Coast and i agreed, then started reading all the post and did research and they are all affiliated....East Coast, 21 Century and Fidilety National, all in California. I had already told them not to contact me anymore (when they called as 21st Century) so i emailed them and told them to stop changing their name when they call because I am not doing business with them and that i know what they are up to as well as most Notaries around. They are not going to give up, when i see the area code 909 i'm just going to decline right away.

21st Century is also going by another name too... A + signings or something like that. I forget what it is, but I'm sure its' in one of these threads somewhere.

They haven't been responsive to my requests for no contact either, and still call periodically.

Apologies to any legit signing services in 909 area codes, but I don't take those calls either. Leave a message, or email, but no way, I'm not dealing with any of those mod outfits.
