Fax-backs

This is the first time I've had a lengthy fax-back requirement (but got the okay to just scan and send via email). Question is, when you fax/scan back the mortgage, if there are no initials required on any of the mortgage pages, do you just fax back the signature and notary pages of the mortgage? Or all of the pages of the mortgage?

Depends on their instructions, which usually state what is

needed by them.

When I worked for companies that required the faxbacks - on the mortgage, I just faxed the first page, signature page and notary page.

Thanks, everyone. They didn't get specific on it, so will do as suggested and fax back 1st, signature, and notary pages of mortgage. If they later decide they want all (altho' I don't know why they would) I'll just reprint those pages from the e-doc pkg and send. It's just getting too late for my brain to work . . and I got new glasses today to get used to. Oh, to heck with the excuses . . I just drew a total blank! Thanks!
