Does anyone have any experience with these?

I had my first last week. It was a little tedious and took about the same length of time as a signing on paper. I would suggest taking some time to get comfortable navigating through fiserv prior to the closing, this was very helpful. The signing co/loan officer will send you instructions as well.
We used the borrowers laptop and gathered around it to view and esign the docs. It can be diffucult to see them on the tiny screen, so I printed some of the docs upon their request. Lastly I saved all the docs to the BO computer for their records.
I'm sure it will be easier the next time around.
Good Luck!

Yes, I've done some Amtrust e-signings. I'm trying to get a grasp of what the difference is with the Fiserv platform.

I emailed you all our training information. I am assuming this is for FLAGSTAR since they are the only ones I know using the FISERV platform.

Many thanks, Gina. I knew there were distinct differences. One of the issues is that we don't have e-notarization in VA, so the docs requiring notarization will need to be printed, as well as the DOT, etc. Thanks again.

the only two on-line docs are lender docs - there is a BIG difference on e-notarizations and notarizing those docs on-line. The DOT/Mortgage is to be printed for sure.
The other two are fine e-notarized (legally) or printed and ink signed.
This lender does NOT ALLOW e-notarization. I think many notaries do not truly understand the difference (there is a difference).
Is this a flagstar loan?

It's not a specific transaction at this point. I was asked to sign up for e-closings with a tc through the Fiserv platform. I had forgotten that these were Flagstar loans. It never fails--it always comes up just about the time I think of cutting the expense for the broadband access on my Blackberry.
