Completed two separate signings: June 17 and June 18; check cut on June 29th. Pays fair. I wish all my assignors were like them.

susan and her team are great. I have been working with them for over 2years. She pays full fee when borrower cancels. They are the best.

Paid full fee when borrower got cold feet and refused to

sign - I didn't expect to be paid anything and was pleasantly surprised when they called to tell me they would pay full fee for this no sign.

I also had a situation with them where a check was inadvertently shorted. I don't recall the details, but it might have had something to do with o/nite docs becoming edocs last minute. Whatever it was, it was an understandable mistake. I not only had received payment quickly, but they were extremely responsive with sending a check for the shorted amount.
