Research the Brother HL5340D Laser Printer with automatic Duplex printing and additional trays for paper sizes can be added on sale now for 149.99 at Office Max.

That would be my suggestion also. I have the 5250DNT, but Brother has come up with some new models that are built for business apps. I would also research whether remanufactured toner carts are available yet for those newer models. The last time I checked LD Products they weren't. A major part of my printer shopping is about operating costs--toner, drums, etc. LOL

Check the Office Depot website for remanufactured dual-tray laser printers like the Brother HL-5250DNT. You can buy a warranty at the same time. Good values at lower prices.

I love my Dell 1720. Think it was about $300 a couple of years ago.
