I had five signings and made $$$$$$

Friday was good. My 1st one $75 overnight docs near me at 11:00 AM. The 2nd one $115 ten miles away split signing at 12:30 PM. The 3rd one at 3:00 PM, I made over $156000 profit selling my previous residence which was on the market for 12 months. The 4th one at 7:00 PM $150. 30 miles away. The 5th one $125 at 9:30 PM. Overall I was happy that I will save $10000. a year b/c I don't have to pay property tax, insurance on that house plus the utility bills. I don't have to cut the grass either. It was a busy day.

Good for You!! I know the feeling of sitting on a

home unsold...we sat on our previous residence (on the market for 2 years) for a year before finally closing on it and carried 3 mortgages during that year - what a relief! Think that day it closed was the first decent night's sleep I'd had in a long long time.
