Quill has Copy & Print on sale at $4.99 ($4.79 if you spend $200)--free shipping over $45.
I usually get paper at Costco for $42/case. It was worth it to me to get it delivered for the extra $8.

I get legal at Kinko's. they use a lot of it. My local office supply store rarely has a full case of legal in stock (crazy?).

I don't order in large enough quantities to warrant a quill order just yet, but I'm thinking about it.. (just gotta clear some paper storage space).
