Anyone have any recent experience with them? They called me when I was on the road tonight and didn't realize their history. I'm leary about doing this one.

The only company I've ever had to sue for payment ... naturally I won and they also had to pay considerable charges in interest ... all due to Terry's bullheadedness in refusing to pay me and lying about "stopped payment" on my checks. A quickbooks print out and no documentation of stopped payments isn't "proof of being paid". He also kept saying I charged too much ($150) ... and this was back in the boom years when $150 was on the low side ... if he didn't want to pay my fees, why did he keep hiring me !!!

Not to me, but I know of several notaries who received NSF checks.

If they are unable to fill an order for a certain date ... well, let's not go into that although I do have written proof of that also.

Mary, if you didn't take the order, e-mail me and I'll let you know who their client is so you can go direct.
