Don't know why NR is ignoring this the solution is simple.

In the meantime, while you're waiting for the machinery here to actually start moving... You own the copyright, and she's infringing. You don't have to have registered the copyright in order to defend it. Time to start really rattling her cage. You can either threaten legal action, or better yet have a lawyer you know send her (and her broker) a cease-and-desist letter. That usually gets their attention.
