I've done closings for them for several years and never had a problem. They pay around the 15th of the following month that you did the closing. If it has been longer than that I would call them because something might have happened.

Never had a problem with Settlement Corp. Have worked off and on for them for years.

I've done a lot of closings for Settlement Corp and they do pay, but they seem to pay for the closings in pieces. They will pay the closing ( signing)portion in one payment, then they will pay the e-doc fee in another after you call and ask them about it.

worked with them for many years.. never a problem

Checks cut on the 20th for anything that funded the month prior.
