Noah Savings?
I only found one message using the Search button, and they're not in Signing Central. Has anyone else done anything for them recently?
The guy who called me today was fast talking and friendly. He said there was nothing to notarize, but only after I asked. It was a loan mod application. He was stressing that it's just 15 to 20 pages. He didn't mention collecting a check from borrowers.

Ok, so it's a loan mod app., no notarization. Why are they asking a notary to do it? I don't know this company, but many are popping up under a lot of names. Personally, I won't take any of these.

National News is warning borrowers of loan modifications. I hope they take heed before a lot of money is lost.

I have worked for them. I would have no problem working for them again. They pay in a timely manner.

I'm not only worried about them paying timely, although that is also a major concern. I'm also concerned about getting caught up in a scam. When the borrower sues the company because they took their money and weren't able to save them from foreclosure, they'll sue everyone involved, including me. I'd rather not get involved if there's any chance of this being a rip-off deal for the borrower. I politely declined the signing.

Re: NO
New loan mod. company. Think of it this way, you are not going there to notarize, so who will the client point the finger at when they are wondering where their $XXXX went and you have collected their check (and yes, there is always one to collect). Won't be pointing the finger at me cause I won't do it!
